Meet the Therapist Behind Grove Counseling Collective
Grove is led by Melissa Endsley, LPCC, PMH-C, a licensed professional clinical counselor with more than 15 years of experience in community, residential, and outpatient mental health settings.
Melissa provides individual therapy for adults and offers specialized support for those navigating pregnancy, postpartum transitions, anxiety, and OCD. Drawing on techniques from both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), her work is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to helping clients feel understood and supported.
